We collect the minimum needed to run AU-C: a random session cookie, your IP address and browser user agent (fraud prevention and analytics), the advertising click identifier passed in the link that brought you here (to report conversions to the ad network), the content you submit to the service, and — if you pay — the payment status and email returned by the payment provider. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches our servers.
Uploaded videos, audio and generated files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Audio is sent to our speech-recognition provider and caption text to our translation provider only to produce your captions; they are not used for advertising or sold.
Hosting (Amazon Web Services), AI processing (our model provider), payments (Stripe, Paddle where available), TRON blockchain explorers for USDT payment checks, and the ad network for conversion reporting (a click id only, no personal data).
Session analytics are kept for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at support@au-c.com; include your restore code if you have one.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you can access, correct, delete or export your data and object to processing. Contact support@au-c.com.
